We deliver to all cities, towns, and areas within Pakistan.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Charges

Karachi: PKR 250 per order.
Other Cities in Pakistan: PKR 450 per order.
Free shipping is not available for any orders.

3. Delivery Time

Karachi: Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days.
Other Cities: Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
You will receive an SMS or email with your tracking ID once your order is shipped.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

All orders are shipped with Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method.
Ensure the delivery address and contact number provided during checkout are accurate to avoid delays or delivery issues.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
Use the tracking ID on the courier partner’s website or contact our customer service for assistance.

7. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us immediately for assistance.
If a package is undelivered due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients, additional reshipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us immediately before making the payment.
