Delivery Areas

We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan.
Currently, international shipping is not available.

Delivery Charges

Karachi: PKR 250 per order.
Other Cities in Pakistan: PKR 450 per order.

Delivery Timelines

Karachi: 2–3 business days.
Other Cities: 4–7 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or email.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS or email.
You can use the tracking ID on the courier partner’s website to monitor your shipment.

Important Delivery Information

Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery.
Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the order during the estimated delivery time.
If no one is available, the courier may attempt delivery again, or the package may be returned.

Delivery Issues

If you experience a delay or do not receive your order within the specified time frame, please contact us immediately.
For undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients, additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping.
